Normally, I'll critique and review your shop, listings, photography, etc. Really depends on our initial conversation on your business goals, and what you're looking to do or improve. Afterwards, then we'll have the 30 minute consultation.

I accept Paypal, Direct Deposit, Etsy Gift Cards, and Credit Cards. If you're new with Etsy, and having issues through checkout, please convo me, and I'll try my best to help you out.
For most items, I will ship with USPS. For larger items such as furniture pieces, I'll ship either with FedEx or Greyhound Package Express. I will let you know in the listing if the item is shipped with Greyhound. You'll need to leave your name and number, and they'll call you when your package is ready to be picked up.
The estimated delivery time for Greyhound can be anywhere from 2 weeks to a month. I have no control of how fast the delivery will be or when your package will arrive. Please call your local Greyhound station if you have any questions concerning the arrival time of your package.
Insurance will only apply to some items up to my discretion which will be indicated in listing, otherwise it will be an additional fee if you would like to add it. Tracking will be included.
I ship to the address listed on your Etsy account as oppose to PayPal.
I like to recycle. Your purchase is packaged by using recycled items whenever possible. All boxes and packaging materials are clean.
Some items may not be available for international shipping. If an item you want does not have available shipping to your country convo me for quote. Please be familiar with your country's condition for mailing, restrictions and prohibitions - visit USPS website for additional information. Restricted items will not be mailed. Any EXTRA custom charges will be buyer's responsibility.
If an item returns as an unclaimed package we are not responsible for any shipping fees and the item will be relisted unless the buyer asks for item to be reshipped at their own expense.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
All sales are final except for furniture pieces (shipping cost varies and if an estimate is higher than what's quoted....customer can decide to cancel their order with a full refund). I do not accept refunds. Please read the descriptions carefully, and ask if you have a question. Vintage is old, and likely to have been used, so please do not expect an item to be in mint condition.
Items will only be held 1 week for pickup after purchase date unless we have prior arrangements. No refunds are given for items not picked up, and will be relisted. If items such as furniture has been packaged prior to customer asking for a refund, 10% of the cost of the item will not be refunded due to the work and cost of packaging material needed.
Please be aware that the color display on each computer varies so please ask all questions before making purchase.
Damaged caused during transit/shipping is not under my control, so a refund will not be given - insurance is always available for purchase for any item. Please convo, if you'd like to add insurance to your package.
